Collection Sites

We offer 2 convenient collection sites in Northeast Florida.  All collection sites are located in River Region Human Services (RRHS) offices. 

Donors must bring the multi-part chain of custody form, as well as photo identification.  We ask that donors arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing.

Please note that variations in collection site hours my occur due to holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. 

River Region clients may also have their collections performed at any LabCorp Patient Care Center that offers drug collections.  To find a LabCorp collection site please click here. 

*Breath Alcohol, hair and oral fluids collections require an appointment at the Reyko Road location.  To make an appointment please call (904) 899-6300, ext. 4100.
